This Shed Pod (above) is
a shelter that goes in your yard. It includes a 6 inch pad that we pour.
It can be built to any size. This unit is 7 ft deep, 10 ft wide and has a 7 ft ceiling.
Other ammenities include carpet , seating, and a thick metal floor. It is anchored by 12 inch long 1 inch diameter lag bolts in 8 specific spots.
It has been wind tested above 250mph and has a door which greatly exceeds FEMA Requirements.
This is a great model for people that are claustrophobic because its so roomy.
Although it appears to be just a shed, it is far from a normal shed. It comes with metal siding and a metal roof matched as closely to the colors you wish.
It comes with a full warrant. It is constructed of heavy duty 3/16th steel. This is probably one of our best sellers. There is no comparable high tested unit on the market that matches this unit. Its built like a bank vault. Its weight without the slab exceeds 5,000lbs! They are all custom built to size by customers wishes. Safe Rooms are steel units available in any size. They are bolted into your existing garage floor away from the elements. They are very convenient and easy access. As all of our steel units , they are available with a variety of different sized doors to adapt to your needs. 38 inch doors are available for handicapped! The units above are standard size 6/8/6.6 . They come with a full steel floor, carpet, and choice of bunks or seating. They come with a warranty. These can also be installed in a house while the construction of your new house or garage is taking place. Such as the pictures on the left.

They have a ceiling height between standard size 6 foot, to 8 foot. In the larger units you can also have two entry hatches to accommodate multiple people. Above ground steel building pods
These units come in any size and length. They are built with dual entry doors and the siding and roof to match your wishes. We install the siding and roof metal on site after the unit has been delivered from our factory. This unit above is a 40 man unit with steel floor for grounding issues and seating on both sides of the unit as well as carpet choice. The doors are also put on while the siding and roof are being installed. The doors are TTU tested to withstand over 250mph winds and debris launch. These also make great computer/server rooms for companies. They are available with tons of accessories such as lights, power, generators, toilets.
