Comparing our Deep Earth Bunker with our Condo!

A Deep Earth Bunker is a fall out shelter with the basics. You can however add anything you want to it. Some options include; Kitchens, bathrooms, bio filters etc.  These units are more of a basic fall out shelter. They can be built up to 7,000 sq. ft. in size. They are then buried underground, encased with steel and concrete fill in. These units are a lower cost version of our condos.

A Condo is a completely finished house underground. Like a house above ground, they consist of drywall, hard wood floors, high end kitchen, bedrooms, laundry room, living room, and hot tubs. We can even build a billiards room, theater room or underground pool in these units. It is stick built by our custom home builder. After being constructed,  it will also get buried with bio filtration units to become a premiere high tech fall out shelter.

Leveling Pad... Even though we are on solid bedrock that is 6 foot thick, we still need to pour about 20 yards of concrete to level the bottom. This site is in the side of a mountain. We dug one end down real low to get our equipment in and out of the hole. After the unit is installed, we will bring the entire grade back up 13 feet so it will appear as it was before we started!
